Ranking the LEGO Games

LEGO Jurassic World shares it’s name with the 2015 blockbuster film, however the game includes story content from all 4 films in the series. Players travel between Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna, with a brief stop in San Diego along the way. Play through all of the amazing story moments like the T-Rex Chase in Jurassic Park, Hunting Dinosaurs in The Lost World, Visiting the Bird Cages in Jurassic Park III, and Tracking the Q-Rex in Jurassic World. Plenty of movie locations to visit and characters to unlock along the way.

Why #9? LEGO Jurassic World is the first, and only, LEGO game that lets you play as a Dinosaur. For that fact alone, I knew that Jurassic World would make the list. While it’s fun running around Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna, the islands are lacking a lot of the exploration and side missions that we’ve come to expect in the LEGO games. Also, while most of the story levels showcase great Jurassic moments, it also feels like there is a lot of fluff which slows the pace of the game down at times.

  • Dinosaurs!
  • Collection of all 4 Jurassic Park Films

  • Lack of Exploration in the  Hub Areas
  • Frequent glitching and freezing

    1. I do remember, yes. There were actually 2 Indy games. They were mostly week in my opinion, but TT has really grown since the release. I’d love to see them revisit the property, maybe Young Indy Adventures.
